Payment Gateway Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our payment gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Services Provided

• The payment gateway will enable the Merchant to accept online payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets, UPI, or other supported methods.
• The Provider is not responsible for the delivery of goods or services sold by the Merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the payment gateway.

3. Payment Processing

• We act only as a facilitator of payments.
• All transactions are subject to verification and may be delayed or refused at our sole discretion.
• Transaction limits and fees are subject to change.

4. Fees and Charges

• Service fees, transaction charges, and processing fees may apply.
• Additional fees whatsoever will be paid by the customer only and the merchant has no liability.

5. Settlement and Payout

• Funds will be settled to the merchant’s bank account within a specified time frame (e.g., T+2 business days).
• We are not liable for delays caused by the acquiring bank or external financial systems.

6. Fraud Detection and Risk Management

• We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or terminate transactions suspected of fraud.
• Merchants must comply with industry-standard fraud prevention measures.

7. Compliance and Prohibited Activities

• The merchant must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
• Prohibited goods/services include illegal products, gambling, etc.

8. Data Security and Privacy

• All personal and payment data will be handled in accordance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
• The student must ensure their systems are secure and compliant.
• GTB4CEC website is only a passage and the transactions are governed by the Bank only.
• In no event, GTB4CEC will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of this site or materials or information contained at any or all such linked sites.

9. Termination and Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations of terms or risk concerns.
• Merchants may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any applicable obligations or outstanding fees.

10. Refund Policy

Once the fees are successfully paid, the same will not be refunded under any condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or data.
• Unauthorized access to accounts due to merchant negligence.
• Interruptions in service caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes will be governed by applicable laws.

13. Amendments

GTB4CEC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the gateway implies acceptance of the updated terms.
